Throughout my years of negotiation and own personal experience I have been fascinated by how we, as human beings, behave in specific ways.

Here are some questions for you:

  • Each year do you set the same goals because you didn't achieve them the year before?

  • Have you tried to give up a habit like smoking, drinking, eating, social media, only to find you go back to your old ways?​
