Or perhaps you have always wanted to improve your negotiation skills but are looking for a course that’s a bit different? In this 2.5 day course you will learn the following skills: The four modes of listening and which ones to use effectively. How to use the FBI hostage and Crisis Negotiation Stairway. How to become more conscious in the words you use. What words to use and why some words are more powerful than others. Human behaviour and psychology Then the exciting bit: You will put into practice everything you have learnt in a series of scenarios based on real life police events. You will learn teamwork in life or death situations. Resilience and what you are really capable of. Quickness of mind. All in a safe environment to help you become a better listener, communicator and negotiator. This is not any old negotiation course, this is a life changing negotiation course. Price including course, accommodation and meals: £1895 total cost Your place is reserved with a £350 deposit. The course can be paid in full or in instalments. The balance must by paid by 18th August 2024. Please note this course is open to woman only.
