Hi I'm Nicky Perfect, 

I’m a hostage and crisis negotiator - turned international trainer, specialising in communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

I enable Leaders to develop a strong culture by empowering their teams to confidently manage difficult conversations.

In 2022 I was awarded a B.E.M (British Empire Medal) for my meritorious service to the community during Covid which I was both touched and honoured to receive.
